We offer free standard shipping on most orders within the United States.

For large or heavy equipment such as generators, riding mowers, or bulk items, additional shipping fees may apply depending on size, weight, and delivery location. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Freight Delivery (Large Equipment): 5 to 10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Pilatesera is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.


Freight & Large Item Delivery

Large items such as generators, riding lawn mowers, and heavy equipment may be delivered via freight carriers.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery

Secure Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Heavy and sensitive equipment is secured using reinforced and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at support@pilatesera.shop.


Shipping Destinations

At this time, Pilatesera ships within the United States only. We currently do not offer international shipping.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Pilatesera is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is reported as lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please retain all original packaging and provide photos of any damage, as they may be required for the claims process.
